Your vinyl records are precious treasures, and protecting them during transit is our utmost commitment. We have developed a comprehensive shipping protocol designed to shield your records from damage, ensuring they arrive at your door in the same immaculate condition as they leave our store.
All vinyl records are first enclosed in premium anti-static and water-resistant sleeves, which effectively repel dust, moisture, and static electricity—common threats that can scratch vinyl surfaces or degrade sound quality. For records with special packaging, such as gatefold sleeves, colored vinyl, or signed editions, we add a layer of soft foam wrapping around the entire package to prevent creasing, scuffing, or bending of delicate components.
After individual wrapping, each record is placed into a rigid, custom-sized cardboard box that fits snugly around the package. We fill any remaining space with eco-friendly, shock-absorbent packing material to keep the record completely stationary during shipping, eliminating the risk of movement that can cause vinyl warping or sleeve damage. This packaging method is rigorously tested to withstand the rigors of transit, including handling and minor impacts.
Prior to shipping, every package is inspected by our team to confirm that all protective steps have been properly executed, and that the record and its sleeve are free from any defects.
